VCHUNG’s 40G QSFP+ Breakout AOC is a high-performance active optical cable designed for short-reach, multi-channel data transmission. It converts a single 40G QSFP+ port into four 10G SFP+ ports, supporting a total bandwidth of 40Gbps. Each channel operates at 10Gbps, making it ideal for connecting 40G and 10G devices such as switches, servers, and storage systems. This AOC uses 850nm VCSEL technology and supports transmission distances up to 100 meters over OM3 multimode fiber. It features low power consumption, a hot-pluggable design, and compliance with QSFP+ MSA, SFP+ MSA, and IEEE 802.3ba standards. The cable is suitable for data centers, high-performance computing, and InfiniBand QDR applications, providing reliable and flexible connectivity.
